1. Outdated or Corrupted Firmware

- First, turn off the Orbi device and router, and ensure the power is off.
- Then unplug all the power sources from the device and leave the device ideal for overnight.
- Now re-plug the devices and turn on the Orbi router.
- After this, press the Reset button on the router until the LED light starts blinking amber.
- Next, release the reset button and leave it for an hour.

- Now ensure that the downloaded firmware matches your router or satellite.
- At last, launch the Web UI of the Orbi and choose Administration.
- Then choose Firmware Update and click on Manual Update.
- After that, click on Browse, then choose the firmware update on your computer, and click on Upgrade.
